Heather has been a resident of Virginia Beach since 2003 and has been in the Title and Settlement Business since 1998. Heather has been a licensed title underwriter since 2003 and has experience in title underwriting and has performed thousands of closings. Her experience expands to agency management, and she holds her VCTSA certification as a Virginia Certified Title and Settlement Agent. She has served on the Virginia Land Title Association board of directors and has been involved with the American Land Title Association on various committees. Heather is committed to the betterment and furthering of the Land Title industry, showing her commitment by being one of the first title professionals in Virginia to earn her National Title Producer designation from ALTA.

Serving the Virginia Beach area, Heather is currently the Branch Manager of the Beach and Lynnhaven offices for RW Towne Title. Heather was the esteemed winner of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Closing Agent of the Year for 2022 and strives to provide excellent service and communication to all her clients. Heather has lived and worked in Virginia Beach since 2003 with her husband where they have raised both of their children.
