Joel was born and raised in Buffalo, NY and moved to Virginia in 1994. Joel moved to Virginia Beach in May 2017 and joined RW Towne Title in September of 2017 as the Branch Manager of their Chesapeake offices. He brings with him over 25 years of title examination, title underwriting, processing and closing transactions and created two title companies. Joel currently holds a title underwriter’s license, is committed to quality underwriting and can assist in any stage of the closing process for both residential and commercial transactions.

In his free time Joel can be found spending time with his US Marine son and his teenage daughter, walking the ocean, watching sports or traveling to Charlottesville to play ice hockey.
