Susan has lived in the Hampton Roads area her entire life. A knowledgeable title and closing professional for the past twenty years, Susan is currently managing our Harbour View office. She has processed, closed, and disbursed residential real estate transactions for buyers, sellers, builders and lenders. She is a licensed title underwriter, and her extensive title knowledge is an asset when working with clients and attorneys on complex title issues.

Susan’s goal is to maintain quality and integrity with her work ethic, providing exceptional attention to details and accuracy. She is skilled at developing and maintaining long-standing relationships with her clients.
Susan joined RW Towne Title in May 2021. She is personable at the closing table and takes pleasure in being a part of welcoming clients to their new homes. She can assist with all residential sales, purchases, and refinances.

In her free time, Susan spends time with her husband and son playing games and trying new recipes in the kitchen. She also enjoys reading, serving in her church and crafts.
